Studio Rental Terms & Conditions

Reservations have to be made 24 hours ahead
If client decides to cancel their reservation after payment, a refund will be made after a non-refundable 20% reservation fee is deducted.
Kindly confirm availability of studio space before payment.
The studio space would be exclusively reserved for you at the time paid for.
Your session starts and ends at the reserved time whether you or your clients are available or not. Please be punctual.
The client bears the full cost of any equipment damaged during the session.
Payment confirms reservation.

Please be punctual for your booked session. Any desired change in session date should be communicated at least 48hours before booked date. Rescheduling will be based on availability.
If client decides to cancel their booked session after payment, a refund will be made after a non-refundable 20% booking fee is deducted.
Retouched images will be ready within 72hours after session holds.
All deliberables such as frames, photo books, etc, will be available 10 working days after retouched images are ready.
Payment secures bookings. Booking policy is 100% payment upfront.
Mode of payment is only via bank transfer.
Any client who requests that we resend images after 90days of completing a job will be charged a token fee for archiving (Token fee would be determined by the kind of shoot session).
SignaturebyOz Studios owns copyright to images delivered and is entitled to share on our pages. Kindly mention any concerns regarding this before your session.
Payment for sessions confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions listed above.

Studio/Location pre-wedding session attracts extra charges.
Our operations end at 9pm. Extra hour(s) attracts additional charges .
All soft copies of edited images will be ready 72 hours after the event day.
All deliverables such as frames, photo books, etc, will be available 10 working days after retouched images are ready.
